It Starts with a Conversation

Every project begins with a Discovery Call - a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we learn about your home, your goals, and how you actually live in your space. We want to know what's frustrating you about your rooms right now, what you're drawn to, and what 'done' looks like to you. This is your opportunity to learn more about us, for us to learn about you and your project and see if we’re a good fit.

We serve homeowners throughout the Portland area including Lake Oswego, Tualatin, West Linn, Beaverton, Camas, and Vancouver WA and every project starts with this same honest conversation.

The In-Home Consultation

Once we move forward together, we schedule an in-home visit. This is where the real work begins. We take initial measurements, photos, and assess your existing furniture and pieces you want to keep. We look to understand the light in each room at different times of day, and get a feel for how your family moves through the space. We’ll really dig deep on the scope of work and what you are looking to accomplish.

The Proposal

After the consultation, we put together a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, investment, estimated costs and timeline. This is where everything becomes clear - what's included, what to expect, and what comes next. We’ll do this presentation via a video call where you can ask as many questions as you need in real time.

Concept Design Presentation

This is where your project comes to life for the first time. We present the overall design direction - mood, palette, key pieces, and the story of the space. This isn't a finished plan; it's a creative conversation. Your feedback shapes everything that follows.

Design Development

This is where the real work happens. Over approximately six weeks, we refine every detail - finalizing selections, developing layouts, sourcing materials, and building out the complete design. This phase is thorough by design. We don't rush it.

Design Presentation

We present your complete, finished design plan - every furniture selection, finish, fabric, and fixture. This where the physical and digital come together to give you a clear picture of what your home will look and feel like before a single item is ordered. This is usually presented in your home where we can look at each room with the sample materials in real time.

Implementation

Once you approve the design, we handle everything. Orders placed, vendors coordinated, deliveries tracked, installations scheduled. You don't chase a single tracking number. On install day, we arrive and bring it all to life - every pillow placed, every piece of art hung, every finishing detail considered. You walk in to a home that feels completely transformed.
